Divinity Engineering and Mining Services in Africa (DEMSA) was established in 2012 with a primary focus on mining, plant operations, and construction services. As the company expanded, its operations strategically extended into logistics to better serve its growing client base.

DEMSA is driven by a commitment to consistently meeting customer needs and delivering innovative, value-adding solutions that enhance business performance. The company prides itself on its ability to respond swiftly and adapt effectively to changing client requirements. As a 100% Black-owned consulting entity, DEMSA is dedicated not only to improving business operations but also to contributing meaningfully to the growth and development of the communities in which it operates.

The company operates from its office and workshop facility in Balfour, with a total space of 3,662 square metres. DEMSA employs 40 staff members who operate primarily within the Gert Sibande and Dipaleseng districts.
